Privacy Policy

Itemized Uploader ("the tool") is a private tool operated by Tihomir Popović (AzoxDigital), Zagreb, Croatia. It is used only by the owner of the Itemized YouTube channel to upload that channel's own videos. This policy explains what data the tool accesses and how it is handled.

YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's collection and use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information the tool accesses

With the channel owner's permission, given through Google's sign-in screen, the tool accesses the owner's YouTube account using two permissions: uploading and managing videos (youtube.upload) and managing captions (youtube.force-ssl). It reads only what it needs to confirm an upload and attach its thumbnail and subtitles, such as the new video's ID and processing status.

The tool does not access, collect or store any information about viewers, subscribers, commenters or any other YouTube user.

Information the tool stores

• An authorization token from Google, stored only on the channel owner's own computer, so the tool can upload without signing in every time.
• The video files, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and subtitle files created by the channel owner for upload.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind.

How the information is used

The information above is used only to upload and publish the Itemized channel's own videos and to attach their thumbnails and subtitles.

Sharing

No information is sold, rented or shared with third parties. Video files and their details are sent only to YouTube, as part of the upload.

Storage and deletion

The authorization token is kept on the owner's computer until access is revoked or the token file is deleted, after which the tool can no longer access the account. Videos uploaded to YouTube stay there until they are deleted in YouTube Studio. To request deletion of any data held by the tool, contact us at the address below; we will delete it within 7 days.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
