Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms apply to Itemized Uploader ("the tool"), a private tool operated by Tihomir Popović (AzoxDigital), Zagreb, Croatia, for uploading the Itemized YouTube channel's own videos.

Who may use the tool

The tool is for the owner of the Itemized YouTube channel only. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else.

YouTube Terms of Service

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and the tool's own data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Uploaded content

By uploading a video with the tool, you confirm that the content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright or privacy rights. You are responsible for everything you upload.

Access to your YouTube account

The tool acts on your YouTube account only after you sign in with Google and grant permission. You can revoke that permission at any time from your Google security settings.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for failed or delayed uploads, or for any loss resulting from use of the tool, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. The tool may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
